Sebacic Acid, also known as Decanoic Acid, 1,10-Decanoic Acid, 1,8-Octanedioic Acid, and Sebaceous Acid. It belongs to the aliphatic Dicarboxylic acid group and exists in tobacco leaves, burley tobacco leaves, and oriental tobacco leaves. At room temperature, Sebacic Acid is a white crystalline flake, with industrial products slightly yellowish in color. Slightly soluble in water, insoluble in Benzene, Petroleum Ether, Carbon Tetrachloride, and easily soluble in Ethanol and Ether. Flammable, low toxicity.
