To uncover and rectify misconduct and complaints, ensuring the protection of employees and the company from potential risks or harms, and to stand firmly against practices like commercial bribery, corruption, fraud, money laundering, unfair competition, breaches of data security and information, discrimination, harassment, and disregard for human rights, it is incumbent upon employees to report any violations or suspected violations to their department heads or the legal department. Depending on the circumstances, employees may disclose relevant information on potential violations confidentially or anonymously, and the company will diligently review all reports and take suitable actions in response.
The Company has delegated the responsibility to the Audit Department of Sunrise Group to receive and address reports of violations, conducting thorough investigations as necessary. Should you have any inquiries regarding the policy or encounter any suspected or confirmed instances of illegal or unethical behavior by any individual, you are encouraged to report it via the channels provided below. Upon confirmation of such violations, disciplinary measures ranging from warnings, salary deductions, demotions, disciplinary sanctions, to termination or cessation of employment contracts will be imposed on the perpetrators, taking into account the severity of their conduct and the magnitude of the losses incurred by the Company.
